Easy hike, just a couple of small climbs out of dry creek crossings, both hard surface and gravel.

Description

One of the many trails in The Parklands park east of Louisville, KY. Part of the trail is on the Louisville Loop Trail which is paved and the other part is on a small crushed rock surface. Mainly flat except for a couple of very short ups and downs of dry creek crossings, and a couple of gradual inclines if going in a counter-clockwise direction. Parking is not a problem, even on the weekend when soccer games are being played. Portable restrooms are located in the parking lot. Estimate that 30% of the trail is through woods and the remainder is out in the open to sunshine.
