Description

The Peavine Falls Trail is one of the shorter trails in the park, but it is also one of the steepest. Starting from the park office area on Terrace Drive, the trail climb steadily with a very steep section near the one mile mark, crossing the Foothills Trail (Yellow Trail) and the Red Road before mellowing out for the final mile up to the Peavine Falls Trailhead. While this trail doesn't take you directly to Peavine Falls, you can connect to the Shackleford Point Trail (White Trail) to access the falls.
