Description

This trail follows oversized white blazes. This isn't so much a trail as it is bushwhacking with blazes. It starts near the Shaw Pond Shelter and runs along the pond's edge south. It runs over the outlet from the pond then turns right. Shortly after passing by Ringe Trail (on the left), the trail becomes difficult to find.

Take a right towards the swampy area, then the trail takes a sharp left, ascending the small rocky hill. The trail takes a left up a drainage to the Loop Trail, then turns right. It travels through a rocky pass atop a hill then descends. It runs along the eastern shore of Shaw Pond, then ends at Shaw Pond Trail.
