This trail is a super long and steep climb in sections and very fast coming down. Be cautious of bikers coming down -- I would recommend to not hike with headphones to make sure you hear them coming.

The trail is mostly singletrack with a few technical sections towards the top for half of the trail. The trail is very fast hiking down from the fire road and may have a few roots here and there to avoid from tripping.

There have been reports of bear sightings, deer, snakes, and plenty of early morning spiderwebs to wipe off your face.
