Start from Molveno. You can use cableway Molveno-Pradel for first part.

From Rifugio Pradel follow Path #340 to Rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo. This is a simple path mostly in the woods.

From here the path becomes more seriously steep and without shade.

From Rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo follow same Path #340 to Rifugio Selvata.
