Description

Old Main Trail is sort of an old forest road - wide, gentle, and the odd manhole cover. It heads south from the visitors center through the forest, passing Big Fir Trail on the west. The trail will slowly turn west where it will pass Red Fox Trail and then the other end of Big Fir Trail. The trail will descend slightly steeper before crossing Tryon Creek on Obie's Bridge and ending at West Horse Trail.
