Description

This is an easy and flat 3-mile loop which starts out paved with gravel, and becomes a slightly rocky trail which could be difficult to navigate for those with movement issues, but otherwise is easy. Simply start at the main beach area and face the lake. Hike to your right and you'll find the trailhead. The trail sometimes becomes a little difficult to see, but so long as you keep the lake on your left it is easy to find again. The trail becomes muddy in the spring.
