Family Friendly Versatile terrain and creek views.

Description

After recovering from another devastating wildfire in 2018 (the Creek Fire), the trails are well groomed and show some nice access (in the spring before the summer heats dries them out) to the area's views of the Clear Creek Gorge and smaller flows, plus really interesting rock formations.

Note: it connects (and creates fun alternatives) with the Cloverdale Loop, which you can combine. Some of this area remains deeply scarred by fire, but both trails are fun and challenging, good year round depending on the temperatures. (Temps can be in the 100s in the summer.)

Flora & Fauna

Varying views on the Piety and Cloverdale Loop.
Manzanita, Grey Pine, wildflowers, coyotes, ravens, vultures
