Description

Pasture Field Road is one of the main access roads into the Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge, starting from the paved Round Oak Juliette Road.

Like many of the other roads in PNWR, the route is mostly lined with loblolly pines. You'll find the only pastures shortly into the hike. You'll have to (get to!) ford a creek at the 0.7-mile mark.

You can make some great smaller loops in PNWR.
