There is a restroom located at the trailhead.

The majority of the trail is very easy to see, but there is one point near a caving entrance where the trail has a sharp switchback up the hill that one has to look for. Be careful, because there is a deer trail following the creek at the switchback that will lead you nowhere. There are several instances of large rocks that are both fun to look at and can be climbed over throughout the trail. Watch for icicles in winter, as there is a least one area where an overhang/face is along the trail and grows them.
