This trail starts off the parking area at the end of Wiggins Spring Road. This trail follows sky blue blazes. This trail starts as a doubletrack and travels moderately. When the trail approaches the brook, it turns into a singletrack. It climbs over a newly relocated portion of trail to the junction with Mount Pleasant Trail. Following the trail to the left will continue you along the Henry Lanum Trail. The trail follows the ridge to Pompey Mountain. The trail descends back to the parking area.

Flora: Oak, Mountain Laurel, Wild Grape, White Pine, Chestnut Oak, Reindeer Lichen, Rock Tripe, Sassafras, Running Cedar, Sugar Maple, Cherry, Rhododendron, Eastern Hemlock, Rock Polypody, Hickory.
Fungi: Green Stain Fungus, Parchment Fungi, Tinder Polypore, Earth Star.
Rocks and Minerals: Granite(?), Blue Quartz(?), Quartz.
