Description

Out of Red Slide Park. the trail starts off indistinctly. Just head up along the river and the trail become clearer. A short one third of a mile if you loop around and cross over Three Governors Bridge. Once on the other side of the bridge, the trail is pinned on a swatch of land between the river and a power line corridor. Along the way, you pass multiple deer stands taking advantage of the grass and open terrain provided by the corridor. Eventually, the trail pulls away from the river as it closes in on an old factory and you meet Sandy Cross Road.
