Need to Know

No restrooms, and trail is busy enough that it may be difficult to slip behind a tree without being interrupted.

Description

This trail is a wooded paved path. Several well built bridges to cross streams and flood plains. Wet weather does bring water onto the trail, so it may be slippery at times. Be mindful that it is multi-use. Bikes, joggers and hikers all use the trail. Each 1/4 mile is marked, and trails into the neighborhood are well marked.

Flora & Fauna

Many different native plants. The woods are mostly hardwoods, but there are a couple of sections with pines. Plenty of wildlife trails shooting off the sides of the hiking path. Evidence of coyotes was noticeable along the trail.
