Orem Trailhead has water and restrooms. Dry Canyon Trailhead does not.

From the Orem Trailhead above the water tanks (at the north end of 800 East), the trail is easy to see next to the restrooms. The trail gently climbs above the north end of Orem. As it enters wilder areas in Lindon, there are several alternate routes; this route follows the upper (easternmost) route, which eventually goes behind a retention basin to reach the Dry Canyon Trailhead.
