Description

The South Ridge Trail is a more challenging singletrack with a steep fall-line route on the southern end and a more gradual but root-scattered approach from the north. Through the middle, the trail travels along a sandstone ridgeline with occasional views and a heightened roar of the distant highway. The trail's high point intersects with the Pacific Northwest National Scenic Trail, which continues south.
