Description

Brasstown Bald is the highest point in all of Georgia, an astounding (and slightly embarrassing) 4,783 feet tall, with a 2,000 feet prominence. This trail to the top starts right next to the gift shop, and is easily accessible for anyone. If you're not up to the 0.6 mile hike, you can take the shuttle for three or so dollars. The view from the top is pretty awesome though, as the summit offers soundproof panoramas of the whole Blue Ridge Mountains.

Flora & Fauna

This trail has lots of birds as well has pines lining it.
