Description

This trail starts off a small parking area off Route 113. Follow the yellow blazes. It follows a woods road moderately to an open sandy area. After this open sandy area, the trail enters the woods and begins to climb more steeply. The trail climbs over small switchbacks to the summit of Cotton Mountain (1,200 feet). Cotton Mountain Trail ends at the sign and Crawford-Ridgepole Trail starts from here.

Flora & Fauna

Flora: Birch, Beech, Russula mushroom.
Fauna: Red Squirrel, Chipmunks.
