Completing the loop around Little Horse Mesa, this trail winds under the mesa with great views of the cliff. There is not much cover (i.e. lots of sun) until you get close to Soda Rock Road Trailhead.
Flora & Fauna
Black bears, deer, and elk roam this area. You'll definitely will see scat from these animals. Aspen, pine and berry bushes are highly prevalent although many are dead from the fire a few years back.
