Description

If you are looking for a loop course that doesn't require a trip to the national forest, the Richmond Hill Park Trails are a good alternative. The Yellow Trail is best combined with the Blue Trail and the Red Extensions. The trails are well shaded in summer time, and you can do multiple loops for additional miles. The trails are mostly non-technical. However there are some root and rock sections with a couple of small creek crossings.

Flora & Fauna

The trails are lined with shady oak and sweet gum trees. You may see deer and bear at various times. Be aware of copperhead and timber rattlesnakes.
