Need to Know

Parking is in a neighborhood and very limited. You'll park on the street, and there isn't a lot of space. Be respectful of the residents. You could use the South Kirkland Park and Ride and then hike streets to the trailhead, too.

Description

There is a steep start, but it is short. You can do the big loop as many times as you want—it is mostly flat. There are also some minor interior trails that cut up the big loop (basically a couple of small loops).

Check out the big bowl with a Peace Sign at the start of the loop. Pretty neat feature.
