Description

The access to Maguire Peak Trail is via Welch Creek Road. It is a narrow road with no real parking at the trailhead but you can fit in your car at the shoulder without blocking the fire/emergency entrance.

There are not many people on this trail. It provides nice views of the Sunol Park and nearby peaks: Mission, Diablo and more.

There are plenty of wildflowers to be found along the way, so the best time to visit is spring.
