This hike is 1.4 miles out to the bald and obviously 1.4 miles back to the Pinnacle Park main trail.

Description

Halfway through the hike you can see a large area of wildflowers, orange, yellow, purple, and reds. The butterflies are abundant and love the flowers. Right before you get to the bald, the trail narrows greatly as you wind through the brush. The result is a 360-degree view of the valley.
