Description

This is a straightforward trail that loops around Harriman Lake. It is entirely packed gravel, so most strollers and wheelchairs with larger wheels should have no problem with accessibility.

Park rules and information are posted near the parking lot. There is also a container to take/leave plastic bags for dog waste, so if you have a few extra lying around, you can donate them to keeping the park clean. Benches and several shade shelters can be found throughout the trail, along with trash receptacles.

The east and southeast areas of the loop have more vegetation covered, with the west and north sides being directly open to the water. The west end features a small dam that crosses over a stream. Fishing is allowed.

Overall, this is an easy trail that can be found right outside Littleton.

Flora & Fauna

Geese, ducks, waterfowl.
