Description

The trail parallels Marsh Creek starting from the small pond at the junction with Condor Trail. For most of the year, Marsh Creek is dry. For the first half mile, the trail is fairly steep as it cuts its way through oak forest. After a mile, it turns right and starts ascending again.

You soon reach a cattle gate that leads you to an open grass meadow. Continue north across the meadow along the faint path until you reach Stone Coral Trail.
