Family Friendly There are three loops with shared connectors. You can make a hike as short or as long as you like.

Park is open from dawn to dusk. One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.

Need to Know

Shared connectors on Blue Trail Phase 1 Expansion at mile 0.5 and mile 1.0.

Restrooms are located at the recreation area by the beach, a third of a mile away. There is a kiosk at the trailhead with a Ranger for contact info and a map, which will be updated in late 2018.

Description

Be aware, that this is a mountain bike trail. If you opt to hike it stay alert and watch out for bikers. This loop is signed in the clockwise direction for MTB but hikers and trail runners can head in either direction. Along the way, expect some tight climbing switchbacks, rock formations, cedar glades, wildflowers, and natural navigation markers.
