A challenging trail that offers a spectacular view of Val Gardena, Sella, and the Alps.

You can start from Corvara on foot, or use the Boe lift and Vallon lift to "shorten" the trail. The beginning of the trail at 3152 m (10,341 ft). This hike is not recommended for those who are not used to hiking at altitude.

From the start at Corvara, the trail climbs steadily for the first 1.5 miles and steeply for the last 1.5 mile. At the top there is the small "Capanna di Fassa" where you can stop to eat or drink something. It is always very crowded.

Overall, it is a stony path that is very challenging and requires good training. Bring water and food for the hike. Also, the trail is very exposed to the sun, so it is better to avoid doing the climb in the middle of the day during the summer.

Potete partire da Corvara a piedi, oppure usare la gabinovia Boe e la seggiovia Vallon per "accorciare".

L'arrivo è a 3152 m. non indicato per chi soffre di altitudine. In cima c'è la piccola "Capanna di Fassa" dove potete mangiare o bere qualcosa. E' sempre molto affollata.

Sentiero sassoso, molto impegnativo, richiede un buon allenamento. Portatevi acqua e cibo per la salita.
Percorso molto esposto al sole, meglio non fare la salita nelle ore centrali estive.
