Need to Know

Carry plenty of water. There is no shade on this trail, the going is slow, and you may need to backtrack if you take a wrong turn. There are no signs or other trail markings and cell service gets really spotty.

Description

This trail connects the Bulldog Saddle to the Pass Mountain Trail. Is somewhat difficult to follow, and it is easy to get lost. Think of it more like a loose combination of game trails and drainage from the nearby peak, and you get the idea of what it looks like out here. After making the climb to the Bulldog Saddle, be careful on the way down the back side of the mountain as it is really easy to lose your footing, and the trail becomes narrow, winding, and even more rocky than the trail up to the saddle.
