Need to Know
There is a waterfall off the trail a little ways. It is the only waterfall in Deception Pass, and is only about ten feet tall. The location will remain undisclosed as to protect the natural environment.
Description
This trail gets most of it's traffic from Rangers and
PNT hikers. The trail starts behind the sign across from the Pass Lake parking lot. Just follow the trail as it winds through the old growth forest and to it's end. Keep left on all intersections.
The neat thing about the trail is that it hardly ever gets used. Even though it is so close to the road, and it absolutely gorgeous.
Flora & Fauna
Cedars, pines, alders, huckleberry, ferns, etc.
