Description
The trail is asphalt paved so traction is not an issue. The mild challenge lies in the twists, turns, and switchbacks leading up sometimes steep and enduring inclines. Overall, the trail is forgiving and speckled with sitting areas for taking breaks. You'll find yourself moving through open fields, across bridges spanning creeks, and through a diverse array of forest containing varying species of trees and plant life.
