This forest trail has no views and is a steady uphill grade that can be steep at times. This trail connects to the Red Maple Trail after about 1.3 miles and joins it until it ends. Red Maple Trail continues southwest. The New York/New Jersey Trail Conference map has this trail ending when it reaches the Red Maple Trail. However, the trail markers continue, sharing the same path as the Red Maple Trail until it ends when reaching the Woods Road.
