Need to Know

Bring your boots! Mud is everywhere in season!

Description

This trail begins at the edge of the Willow Pond off the Discovery Trail. It winds around the edge of the prairie and then drops into the creek bed. Along the way, you'll see multiple species of birds, deer, and a host of other critters. You do need to be cautious of the Massasauga Rattler, and winter brings slush and mud like you wouldn't believe! But don't let that scare you off, as this is a great trail that deserves to be discovered again and again.
