Description

Follow the trail, which begins along the earthen dam at the southern end of Lower Pond, first to the east, then north. Lower Pond has great views of fall foliage reflecting in the water. In spring, an orchestra of frogs performs at the north end of the pond. Follow the trail north and enter the woods by crossing a red plank footbridge. The trail ends at an intersection with the Red Trail. Turning left will connect you with the Blue Trail. Continuing straight through the intersection will lead to the eastern shore parking lot.
