Need to Know

A fee is payable at the gate (on the honor system) but the park is heavily patrolled.

Description

From the north parking lot, make your way across Route 1 to the sign post.

You'll know you are on the trail because it is well worn and clear as day! Skirt around the marsh, keeping your eyes out for seasonally migrating birds and some beautiful flowers. You could also extend your exploring by hitting the Sequoia or Butano trails while you are there, or just take an amazing hike along the beach and bluffs above.
