A pretty ridgeline trail with lots of micro elevation changes along the way.

Fort Ebey State Park requires the use of a Discover Pass.

Description

The west end of Pigeon Run rises steeply away from a paved three-way intersection. The gravely turns quickly head into the trees. Where the trail makes a 180-degree turn it becomes much more gradual as it winds through a pleasant forest.

After the intersection with Fisher Ridge and Spencer's Loop Connector it heads down a steeper grade with embedded pebbles in the tread. The trail will continue winding through some close trees before it enters an open section with salal on either side. There's a final plunge and then a steep rooty climb up to North Floral Circle road.

The trail, as you can see it gets slightly muddy in the winter.
