Description

This forest road begins at the Cascate di valle Sinella forest road. The road becomes increasingly rocky as it climbs towards the Bregn da l'Ors. Past the Lago di Val d'Agola (lake), the trail becomes a singletrack.

The forest road climbs steadily up the valley of the Sarca di Val d'Agola through a forest. Around the 4.8 km (3 mi) mark, you'll reach an opening that contains the pristing Lago di Val d'Agola. The majestic 3000m (10,000ft) peaks of the Dolomiti di Brenta lie just to the east.

Past the lake, the trail transitions to a singletrack and becomes much steeper as it climbs to the pass at the Bregn da l'Ors. You'll climb 250m (800ft) in this last 1.6km (1mi) at grades ranging between 15 and 30%. The pass makes a great place for a break after such a steep climb, with a couple of picnic tables.
