Description

There are three main trails on the West Side called the Blue Trail, Green Trail & Yellow Trail, with the Yellow trail being the longest, at 3.2 miles.

When hiking the Yellow Trail, you'll hike predominantly on the outer perimeter of the Forest Service Property. It is a straightforward trail that is made up of hard packed dirt, with some sloping, downward sections and small energetic climbs throughout. The trail has a few small footbridge crossings that add to the experience. You can also add the Blue & Green Trail to lengthen your hike.

The English Point Trail System is used heavily so be on the lookout for other hikers and equestrians. Use excellent trail etiquette and yield to horses.

Enjoy!
