Description
The first half-mile from the parking lot is gentle elevation through covered forest. Once the trail splits, the elevation gains rapidly, with a lookout/bench about halfway up the mountain. The steep climb ends between the middle and eastern peak. Turn to the right, and scramble 100 feet to the first peak. Once there, turn around, pass the top of the trail, and climb up chains and metal ladders to another lookout on the back of the middle peak. Once you're ready, turn around and scramble up to the middle peak - and the best views. The western peak is accessed via another scramble, first down, assisted by chain, and then up a steep canyon.
