Starting off James Pond Loop/ Corridor #110, the trail travels west. The trail passes just left of the Boy Scout Troop 151 Camp, then crosses Fowlers Mill Road. The trail ascends gradually to it's end at Junction 11. To continue with the Bowles Trail (in name only), turn left onto Bowles Trail / Corridor #130. To continue with Corridor #125, stay forward right. From here, Corridor #125 assumes the name Paugus Mill Trail.

Flora: Eastern Hemlock, Birch, Beech, Wintergreen.
Fauna: Black bears.
