This is a very nice short hike along the shoreline of Lake Wakatipu. From Park Street, follow the wide dirt track with the lake on your left. You get great views of the peninsula across the Frankton Arm and onto Lake Wakatipu and its surrounding mountains. The track bends north letting you see the harbor and beach of Queenstown before it ends at the bridge across Home Stream.
