This trail is wide enough to hike side by side.
Description
The first part of the trail runs alongside the stream, and you can see it through the trees. There are minor ups and downs, but the trail is well kept with carved stairs and a short boardwalk.
Part way in, you turn left away from the stream and make your way to Big Lyons Falls. The trail is mostly flat with a very small stream crossing.
Once you reach the waterfall, you can take the stairs on the opposite side to the top of the hill and follow along through the forest to the next waterfall.
The second Lyons Falls ("Little Lyons Falls") is not as grand, but still picturesque. Once you are done ogling the falls, you cross a bridge and continue your way through the forest until you reach the end of the trail, which puts you out at the dam.
