Description

Mustang Ridge is a bit more of a challenge than the other trails in the park, and hikers will enjoy the scenery as it winds along the edge of an amazing box canyon. The terrain is mostly limestone, which is common in the area, with the trail grade being a slight slant down to the canyon when hiking south to north. The trail connects from Fox Run to Chaparral Run.

Flora & Fauna

Common animals in the park are whitetail deer, lizards, snakes, red-tail hawks, and the occasional grey fox.
