Warning: Anyone wishing to continue on through the technical slot section of the canyon at the end of this access trail should be prepared for the hazards and obstacles of technical canyoneering.

Description

This is an easy access trail to a common entrance point of the wet technical slot canyon section of Salome Creek called "The Jug". The Jug Trail itself is an easy descent on an old jeep road that winds along the south ridges south of Salome Mountain before dead-ending at Salome Creek.
