Description
Often referred to as "Tugman," this trail starts at Tugman Campground and follows Eel Lake's shore for 3.3 miles before ending in a marshy area. The proximity to the lake means the rolling terrain doesn't have any large climbs, though there are a number of shorter punchy ones. Be careful of slick bridges in the wet months, and also watch drainage crossings, as old log bridges may have deteriorated.
Mtn. Biked this one. Lots of fun with shade all the way. Between mile 2 and mile 2.5 trail narrows and is quite over grown, but then widens again.
