This is a popular trail for mountain bikers. Be alert for descending riders as you hike.

Description

Nettle is aptly named for its massive acreage of stinging nettles. The good news is that volunteers work hard to keep the trail open.

From Deer Trail it travels some some long sweeping turns before encountering a large dirt ramp. After a short, easy climb, you meet up with Herron.
