Family Friendly Want to feel like you're going downhill all the time? This is the trail for you! Climbs are considerably easier than anything else around, and the trail tread is wide and open.

Open to both bikes and foot traffic.

Description

Access the Chinkapin Trail via Paw Paw Trail for 2.3 mile of smooth and rolling trail. This is good in both directions and gets you further out into the woods. You'll be amazed by the wide open sight lines as you can see all the way through this healthy forest. Patches of cedar trees will have you feeling like you're really out in the middle of nowhere. This is some of the most beautiful scenery in the area. Enjoy!
