This is a very straightforward trail which can be taken all year round. The route is easy to follow and gets a good amount of traffic. At the top there is a great view of the Bogd Khan mountain area to the south. I think the highlight of this trail is the foliage in the fall-winter season, when the trees turn brilliant yellow, contrasting the blue sky and white snow.
