Family Friendly The shorter loop and lots of rock formations make this trail family-friendly.

Description

The trail traverses the distance between the Ed Riggs Trail and Echo Canyon Trail. This allows for a shorter loop trail, or bypasses parts of the Chiricahua Canyon Big Loop.

From the Ed Riggs Trail, turn right (west). The trail wanders through the woods and rock formations for 0.9 miles to intersect the Echo Canyon Trail at its junction with the Upper Rhyolite Canyon Trail.
