Description

This is a great shorter trail near the EMT and CT that is pretty good. Makes for a nice and quick loop from the top of Coal Bank Pass. Go up Pass Creek Trail, right on the EMT then right on Coal Creek. BEWARE: the trail just disappears once you drop south off the ridge. Be very careful and look for the trail re-emerging on the left before you go down too far. If you end up at the bottom of the drainage, you've gone too far. Once on the road, hike back up to the TH at the top of the pass.
