Description

Long Branch is a fun, rugged connection from Deadman's Ridge Trail to Killer Bee Trail.

The trail starts at an intersection with Deadman's Ridge and quickly rounds a corner into narrow and exposed singletrack. Enjoy the views into the hanging valley below. A couple of switchbacks will take you down to and back up the other side of a wide, light-colored slickrock gully.

After a short tough climb, you'll top out and contour across another hanging valley, this one with dark red soil and house-sized boulders. The far rim of Moab Valley will be looming to your right.

After the last giant boulder, the trail makes a short quick climb and bends around to the left to meet with Bar-B Loop and Killer Bee.
