DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multiuse, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and bikers. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze / thaw during the winter.

Description

Grassy Creek starts in the South at the intersection of Joanna Road and Briery Fork and makes a 250 foot descent on its way North where a dismount is needed to cross Grassy Creek. The trail connects to Joanna Road, Briery Fork, and Sandy.
